best practices

So as I'm mulling over what I want to do, I'm also trying to determine the best approach. In this process I'm having a bajillion questions pop in my head.

A - I have an idea what I want to do and the sources (to some extent) determined, I get this impression when I read the preliminary or tip of the iceberg information I'll be sent on a rabbit trail.

B - how to get the data condensed in a manageable portion. I'm already aware of my bias but I guess my question is on this. How do I use persuasive words.. logical arguments.. that address the bias and still point towards the data.. yet for some reason this seems like nothing but an echo chamber.

C - currently looking at how do research projects determine scope. But this just seems yet again as nothing more than a nuanced approach to an echo chamber.

D - trying to get a full clear picture, but it will always be skewed via my input and distillation.. the sources I put or use.. the unique perspective is but a subset of the whole... The examples I use in context will matter...

Discourse is the only means of being able to communicate with one another. Assuming one person knows things that you know is not realistic. Spam will be deleted, fallacious messages will be pointed out as such, and educating the reader is not the objective.
